Day 12, - Theoretical
Anatomical aspects relevant to bone anchorage techniques;
All-on-4 standard: historical evolution, basic principles and biomechanics;
Surgical technique in all-on-4 standard;
Zygomatic implants: basic principles and Zaga classification;
Hybrid all-on-4 and all-on-4 quad-zygoma;
Complications of zygomatic implants: how to prevent and treat; Pterygoid and transnasal implants;
Lateralization of the Inferior Alveolar Nerve;
Posterior Mandibular Reconstruction; D
2nd and 3rd days
Laboratory practice in fresh cadaver where all the techniques of bone anchorage in atrophic arches will be performed, as well as their possible complications, besides posterior mandibular reconstructions and lateralizations of the inferior alveolar nerve.
